At Parfums de Marly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return any unopened and unused fragrance in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Service via the online portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original boutique box, ensuring the security seal is intact and all complimentary samples are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned fragrance, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
